- Welcome new committee members

- End of year social – social officers to follow up
- 4 options submitted, decision taken for SAS Radisson Pool Party
- Date Fri 6th June 2008
- Drinks/DJ to be confirmed within price model
- Details for social to be finalized by social officers by Sunday 25 May
- Captains to take responsibility and sell tickets to their team
- Captains to provide social officers with 2 raffle prizes worth AED100 each
- Publicity/Website
- Lisa has put DWFA in Timeout Magazine, 2 radio adverts
- Dubai One Film shoot was good success – will be on Out & About Program Friday 30th at 20.00
- Spring season 2008 – Chairpersons to follow up
- League Table/Golden Boot results submitted
- Process for injuries need to be communicated, notice to be put up in the Centre of Excellence where all can see and refer to
- DWFA First Aid Trained Players to be named on notice board for point of contact if there if an injury for advice only.
- Promotion and relegation for next season
- New players / training
- New players are still being allocated as needed for both Divisions
- Note – New players need to be registered with DWFA first; and are not allowed to train with teams and then register with an allocation requested for the trained team.
- Next season – Sept 2008
- We will be losing 1 pitch next season, this will result in an increase in Pitch Fees.
- Kat and Jack are working on possible league sponsor to help cover this cost. However, all Captains and players should try for a League Sponsor if possible – DWFA Committee can provide a proposal and will present it in a meeting with the Potential Sponsor
- Players Registration will be moved to AED100 starting next season
